2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings require full or partial payment as specified during the reservation.

• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy.

• Security deposits may be required and will be refunded after checkout inspection.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must:

• Provide valid identification (Passport, Emirates ID)

• Follow community rules, building regulations, and UAE laws

• Maintain the property in good condition

• Avoid illegal activities, loud parties, or disturbing neighbors

• Report any damages immediately

Guests will be financially responsible for:

• Damages to property or furnishings

• Lost keys, access cards, or parking passes

• Violations of building rules

4. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in and check-out times will be specified during booking.

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation terms vary by property and booking platform.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy selected at booking.

6. Limitation of Liability

Asset Holiday Homes LLC is not liable for:

• Personal injury, accidents, or loss of personal belongings

• Interruptions caused by building issues, maintenance, or force majeure

• Actions of third-party service providers

7. Property Management Services (For Owners)

When owners sign up for our management services:

• A management agreement will define fees, responsibilities, payouts, and procedures

• Owners must ensure property legality, utility readiness, and compliance with UAE tourism regulations

8. Website Use

Users must not:

• Misuse the website

• Attempt unauthorized access

• Copy or distribute website content without permission

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, photos, and materials on the Asset Holiday Homes website are owned by us and protected under UAE intellectual property laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of:
